Refund Policy

1. Site visits and proposals
Initial site visits are provided free of charge. There is no charge for the site visit and no deposit is required to receive a written proposal. You are under no obligation to proceed following a site visit.
2. Deposits
A deposit is required before work commences. The deposit amount is specified in the written proposal for each project. The deposit is refundable only where no work has been committed and no materials have been ordered at the time of cancellation. Where materials have been ordered or work committed, the deposit covers those costs and is not refundable for that portion.
3. Cancellation by you
You may cancel an agreed project by giving us at least 14 days' written notice by email to info@greenpeaklandscapes.com. Cancellation fees will not be charged for work not yet commenced or committed. Any costs already incurred — materials ordered, work completed — will be charged at the agreed rate as set out in the proposal.
If you are a consumer and cancellation rights apply under Spanish consumer law, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
4. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel a project in exceptional circumstances (for example, if the site conditions discovered during work make it impossible to complete the agreed scope safely). In such cases, we will contact you promptly and agree the appropriate resolution, including any refund of deposits for work not yet carried out.
5. Complaints and remedial work
We carry out a walkthrough with you at the completion of every job. If any item of work does not meet the agreed specification, we will address it before we leave, or arrange to do so promptly after handover.

6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 and related legislation).
